Job summary

Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a PC Lead Operator for all machines on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM). The role involves operating and supervising packaging machines (filling, marking, labeling), performing machine adjustments, and guiding the team to maintain continuous production. Overtime may be required based on production needs, with pay of $20/hour.

The ideal candidate can troubleshoot downtime, train operators, and ensure product quality and safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret production orders and schedules.
• Proficient in maintaining quality and productivity standards on multiple machines.
• Ability to train others on machine operation and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate or direct others to operate packaging machines (filling, marking, labeling).
• Make and teach machine adjustments for production and quality improvements.
• Identify root causes of downtime and fix issues to maximize uptime.
• Maintain supplies and assist supervisor to oversee the department.
• Inspect finished packs for spec conformance.
• Ensure safe and proper operation of all machines.
