Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Packaging Line Operator to tend machines and conveyors at different stages of the packaging line, ensuring efficient continuous packaging of the product for shipment.

The role requires basic math, English reading ability, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety practices. You will work a 12-hour night shift with a base rate of $22.80 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions precisely.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Tend and operate assigned packaging line stations to keep production moving smoothly.
• Weigh product at various stages and inspect for quality during packaging.
• Set up stations with required materials and adjust equipment as needed.
• Perform routine cleanings, reassemblies, and SOP-based inspections.
• Assist with training of new hires and maintain accurate records.
