Job summary

Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Portion Control Machine Technician for our 3rd shift in Van Buren, AR. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, set up machines for each run, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with startup and shutdown during shift changes.

Applicants should have mechanical experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read safety documents. This role requires teamwork, strict safety adherence, and consistent attendance on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with mechanical understanding.
• Must understand mechanical functions and be able to perform basic maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery ensuring safe production.
• Set up and adjust equipment for each run per procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot issues during production and support startup/shutdown.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist in downtime reduction.
