Job summary

ProMach, a leader in packaging automation, is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer on the East Coast.

The role oversees sale and execution of large projects, partnering with BD and regional sales to drive growth and deliver customized engineered solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, develop project estimates, deliver customer presentations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage multiple projects from concept to completion while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in the food & beverage industry, focused on client relations, high level designs and engineering concepts, sales, and project management.
• Willingness to travel to support on-site requirements.
• Ability to communicate, present, build relationships, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Function as a mentee and mentor within process engineering while selling & executing large projects.
• Partner with Business Development and Regional Sales to drive growth in target markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry customers to understand needs and expectations.
• Prepare accurate project estimates & quotes aligned with budget and performance.
• Deliver presentations to prospective customers highlighting the value of our services.
• Collaborate across the team to develop project concepts and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
• Engage as a collaborative member of Engineering with open communication and continuous learning.
