Job summary

Benchmark Automation, a division of ProMach, seeks a Project Manager to oversee machinery orders from kickoff through shipment. You’ll coordinate internal teams and outside vendors, maintain schedules, and manage cost and scope while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role reports to the VP/GM and requires travel up to 20%. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering with 3+ years in factory automation and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ engineering experience in factory automation or related field.
• Analytical skills to synthesize complex data and design effective workflows.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Measure performance and report to management; escalate when needed.
• Maintain client relationships and manage third-party partnerships.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests to ensure success.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and timelines.
