Job summary

ERBACHER the food family is seeking a Team Lead P&C Business Partners to guide and develop the HRBP team, partner with senior leaders, and align people strategies with business goals. The role emphasizes collaboration with German works councils, data protection knowledge, and strong communication.

You will influence workforce planning, coaching, and cross-team initiatives while thriving in an international environment and a hybrid work setting that requires 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ HR/P&C Business Partner experience.
• Degree in HR, business, law, psychology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, including skills, capacity, succession and hiring needs.
• Solid knowledge of German employment law, HR processes and data protection.
• Experience collaborating with German works council.
• Initial people-leadership or team-coordination experience.
• Experience working cross-teams with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Development & Engagement, Legal and Corporate Communication.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and willingness to work from office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the P&C Business Partners team through regular feedback and coaching.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, advise on people matters and connect with P&C teams.
• Help leaders turn business goals into clear people and team actions.
• Manage conflicts and sensitive situations fairly and discreetly, involving Legal when required.
• Promote a culture based on trust, accountability and open communication.
• Ensure effective management of employee and labour-related matters and ongoing process improvement.
