Job summary

5 Star Electric, LLC is seeking an Overhead Distribution Foreman to lead fiber and electrical line work under the direction of the general foreman.

This role requires safety-focused leadership, ability to climb poles, and coordination of crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead lines and associated equipment in diverse conditions.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and 3–4 years of experience; willingness to travel and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to four years of experience or equivalent hours and/or education/training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field activities and brief the crew on safety and tasks.
• Ensure safety of crew and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of distribution lines.
• Coordinate with foreman/manager and manage tools, materials, and schedules.
• Inspect and record data from meters and field devices.
