Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate Apprentice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: champion BIW safety culture and enforce standards across operations.
• Project Execution: monitor work quality and coordinate POW execution; manage PM workloads and work orders.
• Operational Management: understand HM&E systems and support efficiency improvements; mentor mechanics.
• Mentoring & Team Development: develop technical knowledge and ensure procedures are well-documented.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in BOS principles and productivity improvements.
