Job summary

General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works is seeking a Front Line Supervisor, Electrical, to guide electrical construction on ship/unit builds, uphold safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach mechanics within the BOS framework.

Two years in the Electrician classification and a High School Diploma or GED are required; graduate apprentice preferred. The role offers a competitive salary and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), holidays, PTO, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the Electrician classification.
• Graduate apprentice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and enforce standards across operations.
• Lead electrical construction activities to support ship/unit schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics; ensure first-time quality.
• Administer timekeeping and coordinate with area management per BOS principles.
• Mentor mechanics and promote continuous skills development.
