The Warehouse Supervisor role is based in Denver, CO, overseeing an outbound team in a high-volume, multi-shift DC, coaching up to 20 team members to follow processes and drive efficiency.

You will mentor staff, promote Grainger’s culture, emphasize safety, recognition, and continuous improvement while ensuring on-time product fulfillment for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume distribution center.
• Lift 60+ lbs. may be needed.
• Self-motivated, analytical and data mining skills.
• Able to teach and develop direct reports.
• Strong time management to plan shift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with complex functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial data and coach your team to improve.
• Support DC-wide projects and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Create a positive workplace culture focused on fairness, respect and tools for performance.
• Provide coaching, interviews, training, and performance evaluations.
