Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator is seeking an experienced ERP leader for OTC/SD across Mars Snacking platforms. You will architect ATP and pricing workflows, partner with Sales and Logistics, and drive 3PL and EDI integration using SAP S/4HANA and CALM.

You will mentor the OTC Functional Analyst and oversee AMS support with SLA/KPI governance, while adopting AI and automation to enhance order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years ERP experience focused on OTC/SD.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution expertise.
• Experience with 3PL/WMS/TMS integration and retail EDI.
• Leadership of functional analysts and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own OTC/SD ERP capability roadmap and architecture.
• Lead ATP/ PAL/ BOP and complex pricing workflows.
• Govern 3PL EDI flows and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Mentor OTC Analyst and manage AMS SLA/KPI programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
