Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator seeks a senior ERP/OTC leader to own commercial and order management systems across Mars Snacking Accelerator. You will guide the OTC roadmap, mentor the OTC Functional Analyst, and ensure advanced fulfillment capabilities and 3PL/EDI integration.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC, ATP/PAL, pricing, and governance, using SAP Activate, CALM, Jira, Monday.com, and Smartsheet. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise ERP experience focusing on OTC/SD and mentoring functional analysts.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC delivery and governance, with cloud experience a plus.
• Deep knowledge of ATP/PAL/BOP, pricing, rebates, and 3PL/EDI integrations.
• CPG/food & beverage industry experience preferred; strong governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own OTC capability roadmap and act as functional authority for commercial/order management systems.
• Lead SAP-based integration with 3PL warehouses and govern EDI flows (850/855/856/810/940/945).
• Mentor the OTC Analyst, align resources to initiatives, and manage AMS SLA/KPI performance.
• Drive AI adoption, SAP Situation Handling, and innovative fulfillment strategies.
