Mars Incorporated, via its Accelerator growth engine, seeks an experienced SCM/ERP Lead responsible for P2P, warehousing, and batch traceability across SAP S/4HANA. You will shape the functional architecture, mentor the SCM Analyst, and drive integration with 3PL partners and EDI flows in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Lead projects using SAP Activate, CALM, Jira, and Smartsheet; advance AI-driven exception handling and AMS support while ensuring audit-ready processes and strict SLA

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years ERP experience focused on SCM, P2P, and WMS, with mentoring/leadership of functional analysts.
• Extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; Public Cloud experience is a plus.
• Deep P2P and WMS knowledge including 3-way match and FEFO logic.
• Proven 3PL/EDI integration experience with 943,944, 940, 945, 947, 846 message sets.
• CPG or Food & Beverage background with batch management and shelf-life tracking.
• Experience with SAP Activate, CALM, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet; AI/automation focus.

Aufgaben

• Own SCM capability roadmap and act as functional authority for P2P, WMS, and inventory.
• Lead and develop the SCM/SCP Functional Analyst and align resources to projects.
• Drive end-to-end design for ERP capabilities and a Clean Core architecture.
• Oversee EWM/AWM/IM design, inbound staging, putaway, wave picking, and cycle counting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for batch traceability per FDA/FSMA and Mars standards.
• Manage SAP APM/AMS support and bi-annual cloud regression testing.
• Deliver projects using SAP Activate, CALM, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet; drive AI adoption.
