Job summary

Mars Snacking seeks an experienced ERP leader to define and execute the functional SAP S/4HANA strategy across OTC, R2R, SCP, and MFG. You will build a scalable delivery engine, lead a bench of functional leads, and govern AMS partners to deliver complex ERP rollouts.

Reporting to the Accelerator ERP & Application Lead, you will collaborate with Mars Global IT, SAP leadership, and SI partners to harmonize processes, drive security standards, and adopt AI-enabled automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive enterprise ERP leadership across large-scale transformations.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership with a track record of hiring talent and masterfully matching people to assignments.
• 7+ years in CPG or Food & Beverage (lot/batch traceability, shelf-life, co-manufacturing, 3PL logistics, and FDA/food safety compliance).
• Extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA architecture, delivery, and leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), Jira, Monday.com, and Smartsheet for agile delivery, plus AI agents and SAP Situation Handling.
• Proven success establishing project operating systems and managing AMS vendors against KPI scorecards.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and corporate security standards.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ERP strategy and end-to-end architecture across OTC, R2R, SCP, and MFG.
• Lead functional stream leads and harmonize processes; onboard acquired brands.
• Institutionalize a standardized delivery engine using SAP Activate and CALM tooling.
• Govern external AMS providers against SLA/KPI frameworks and drive issue resolution.
• Partner with Tech Lead on bi-annual cloud releases and AI-enabled automation.
• Foster strategic alliances with Mars Global IT, SAP leadership, and SI partners.
