Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader in Idaho to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and mentor the therapy staff while promoting a collaborative care environment.

Required are a state PT/OT/SLP license and BLS/CPR; at least three years in the field, with leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• License required: PT or OT or SLP in state.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, schedules, and training to meet business goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
