Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and skilled OT treatment for inpatients.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of therapists, assistants and technicians.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and employee development.
• Maintain clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and promote teamwork.
