Job summary

Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital in Durant, IA, seeks a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician and eager to lead while continuing hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists and technicians, develop therapy plans, and mentor staff to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

A current PT, OT, or SLP license, BLS, and at least three years of discipline experience are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician required (PT/OT/SLP).
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.
