Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Engineer for Operational Technology Network Security to design, implement, and continuously improve security controls across OT environments, industrial networks, and connected devices. You will partner with IT, facilities, and operations to ensure resilience and compliance with enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in information security.
• Preferred certifications include GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of OT security controls across OT networks and industrial environments.
• Develops OT security policies, standards, and reference architectures to meet compliance.
• Oversees SLAs and ensures OT security services, monitoring, and response are effective.
• Communicates OT security risks to business and IT leaders and provides guidance.
• Coordinates with network, infrastructure, and site operations to ensure security conformance.
• Reviews design documents and provides security architecture guidance for OT networks.
• Builds and maintains cybersecurity solutions protecting assets.
• Monitors threats and vulnerabilities relevant to OT and distributed operations.
• Provides technical support and automates security administration where appropriate.
• Assists in incident response and remediation activities.
• Analyzes KPIs and security metrics for leadership review.
