Job summary

Dematic seeks a senior network architect to lead design, governance, and standardization of OT network architectures across enterprise environments. You will drive segmentation, ensure ISA/IEC 62443-aligned security, and guide cross‑functional teams toward scalable, compliant solutions.

You will oversee industrial protocols, IDMZ governance, and IoT/IIoT integration while traveling up to 25% to support projects and client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.
Deep expertise in plant-floor networks with IT/OT convergence understanding.
Proven leadership designing and scaling industrial architectures.
Advanced networking mastery including routing, switching and VLANs.
Specialist in industrial cybersecurity and IDMZ governance.
Experience with IoT/IIoT in industrial settings; secure, scalable connectivity.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and standards for OT networks across enterprise environments.
Define network segmentation strategies aligned to cybersecurity frameworks.
Influence architecture requirements with ISA/IEC 62443 guidance and zero-trust concepts.
Review and govern network artifacts ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
Provide leadership for OT network architecture across cross-functional teams.
Oversee configurations including protocols, IP schemas, VLANs, and firewall policies.
Drive secure, resilient OT networks with high availability and performance.
Lead root-cause analysis for complex network issues and improve reliability.
