Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Engineer – Operational Technology Network Security to design, implement, and continuously improve OT security across industrial networks and distribution centers. You will act as a subject matter expert on Purdue model architecture, network segmentation, secure remote access, and data flows between IT and OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of directly related experience in information security.
• Experience with OT security standards and Purdue model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls across OT networks and ICS environments.
• Develops OT security policies, procedures, standards, and reference architectures.
• Oversees service levels and ensures OT security services meet performance expectations.
• Communicates OT security risks to business and IT stakeholders and provides guidance.
• Coordinates with engineers and site operations to ensure OT devices conform to standards.
• Reviews design documents and provides security architecture guidance for OT networks and remote access.
• Builds and implements cybersecurity solutions that protect OT assets and data.
• Monitors emerging threats and coordinates incident response exercises and remediation.
• Analyzes metrics to provide insights to leadership and supports regulatory/compliance activities.
