Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience developing, administering, and implementing programs for college students.
• Experience advising student groups or working in student personnel or student services.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, administration, and external stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for student organization event planning and related services.
• Oversee indoor and outdoor space reservation and event consultations.
• Supervise full-time staff and coordinate staff development.
• Collaborate with campus partners on policy interpretation and reviews.
• Coordinate data collection, assessment, and reporting for programs and events.
• Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, departments, and faculty.
