Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience developing, administering, and implementing programs for college students.
• Experience advising student groups or working in student personnel or student services.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, administration, and external stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentations, written correspondence, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities for student organization coaching, workshops, and developmental resources.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including graduate and undergraduate student team.
• Provide administrative oversight of the Student Organization Center and Art Center operations and space.
• Oversee the annual registration process for campus student organizations and ensure compliance with policy.
• Lead communications and technology for the unit, managing Engage, Campus Groups, Mazevo, Qualtrics, and MS Office.
• Coordinate data collection, assessment, and reporting for SOC programs and events.
