Sword is seeking a Social Media Manager to own Headspace's organic social presence end to end. You’ll write hooks and captions, shape quarterly strategy, and translate insights into content that resonates with millions of followers across Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn.

You’ll partner with Brand Marketing, content, and design teams to deliver engaging campaigns, while staying true to the brand voice and safe-messaging standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and content.
• Exceptional copywriting skills in a brand voice.
• Strong creative strategy aligning ideas to business goals.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a brand's organic social channel with measurable impact.
• Experience with AI-powered tools in creative workflows.
• Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and Threads with knowledge of LinkedIn.
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional teams.
• Short-form content craft for platform-native video.
• Comfortable with creator partnerships or UGC.

• Own organic social channel strategy end to end: set platform vision, goals, and content pillars.

• Lead monthly editorial planning and align themes with priorities.
• Oversee campaigns: develop concepts, plan content, and measure success.
• Monitor platform trends and cultural moments to stay relevant.
• Design formats to deepen engagement; manage escalation and safe-messaging standards.
• Set quality bar for craft, voice, and brand consistency.
• Drive social analytics, reporting, and quarterly benchmarks with clear recommendations.
