Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Oracle HCM Lead Technical Analyst to lead support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications and to guide configuration, data governance, and reporting initiatives at our Cleveland HQ. You will mentor teams, manage data loading, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or 9+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of enterprise-wide software support experience.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
• Experience configuring and setting up enterprise applications.
• Experience applying security principles to technology solutions.
• Experience leading teams and overseeing database management.
• Ability to develop and review complex custom queries.
• Strong data management and quality control knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS and enterprise-wide application support with design guidance.
• Drive data quality for internal planning and activities.
• Lead configuration, setup, and updates of applications.
• Manage data loading into tables and databases.
• Review and approve governance for data input, structures, and storage.
• Lead reporting efforts and provide strategic insights for management.
• Mentor team on training users and setting up access.
• Advise on changes in application development, maintenance, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of systems.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and external vendors for support.
