Job summary

Kforce Inc. in White Plains, NY is seeking a Lead Oracle EPM or Hyperion Solutions Analyst in a hybrid role with at least 3 days onsite. You will design, implement, and support Hyperion/Oracle EPM solutions, translate complex finance needs into scalable tech, and lead deployments and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Hyperion/Oracle EPM preferred.
• 7+ years in Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM in complex environments.
• Strong experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Experience migrating to Oracle EPM Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Hyperion planning and reporting solutions.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle Hyperion implementations and cloud migrations.
• Develop allocation models, rules, and multidimensional data structures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Create reporting using Smart View and financial tools.
• Coordinate across onsite, offshore, and third-party teams.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve system stability.
