E-Frontiers partners with a Fortune 500 global technology leader to hire a Lead Oracle EPM/Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for its strategic Financial Systems team in Westchester County, NY. Hybrid work arrangement and a focus on Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle Financials define this role.

You will translate business requirements into scalable financial-system solutions, lead cloud migrations, and collaborate with FP&A, Tax, HR and Technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience in global environments.
• Strong development and support experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Lead or significant role in at least one full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation.
• Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and cloud-migration experience.
• Solid grasp of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, allocations, profitability and management reporting.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills – comfortable presenting to senior Finance leaders.
• Bonus: FDMEE/Data Management, DRM, EPMA; certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

E-Frontiers is partnering with a Fortune 500 global technology leader – a household name operating in more than 200 countries – to hire a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for its strategic Financial Systems team in Westchester County, NY (hybrid).

The team owns and runs the company's core financial applications – Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle Financials – supporting the business worldwide. In this role you'll be the functional and technical expert on the planning and reporting platforms: shaping solutions, building hands-on, leading initiatives (including cloud migration), and supporting production. You'll work with FP&A, Tax, HR and Technology, with high visibility to senior Finance leadership including the CFO.

What you'll do:

• Translate business requirements into scalable financial-system solutions across budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, allocations and management reporting
• Design, develop, test, deploy and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Build and maintain allocation models, business rules, calc scripts, data integrations, security and multidimensional databases
• Develop reporting in Financial Reporting and Smart View
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end EPM implementations, enhancements and on-prem-to-cloud migrations – from requirements through deployment, training and hypercare
• Lead small-to-medium projects and coordinate onsite, offshore and third-party teams, managing vendors against SLAs and KPIs
• Monitor and tune environments, troubleshoot issues and improve performance and user experience
• Create documentation and training, and build trusted relationships with business partners

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on Hyperion / Oracle EPM experience in complex, global environments
• Strong development and support experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• A lead or significant role in at least one full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation
• Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and cloud-migration experience – strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, allocations, profitability and management reporting
• Strong executive presence and communication skills – comfortable presenting to and advising senior Finance leaders
• Bonus: FDMEE/Data Management, DRM, EPMA; Hyperion/Essbase/EPM Cloud certification, PMP or Six Sigma
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

The package:

• Base salary $140,000 – $160,000
• Hybrid working with flexible start times, plus four "work from elsewhere" weeks a year
