Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Technical Lead - Hyperion to guide the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE. The role requires deep Oracle EPM expertise and leadership across multiple locations/time zones.

The successful candidate will translate requirements into technical specs, drive design and development, and mentor engineering staff while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud services experience including OCI IaaS/PaaS, Essbase and EPM SaaS.
• Expert level in Essbase outline, Calc, and scripting.
• Experience with large, global Hyperion implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and system designs.
• Maintain clear communication within the team and with project leadership.
• Deliver high-quality engineering artifacts on schedule.
• Develop and evaluate projects to detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and lead a global team.
