Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced Oracle EPBCS Senior Lead Consultant / Solution Architect to steer Oracle EPM Cloud planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and integration initiatives. The role acts as onsite functional lead, partnering with Finance, FP&A, IT, and stakeholders while guiding global teams across support, enhancements, and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate has 11–15 years in Oracle EPM, with 6+ years on EPBCS, and proven cross-region delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of Oracle EPM experience, including 6+ years of Oracle EPBCS.
• Experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong Oracle Fusion ERP integration experience.
• Experience supporting global planning and forecasting processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Finance, CFO, Controller, and PMO leadership.
• Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Oracle EPM/EPBCS certification preferred.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite SPOC for Oracle EPBCS/EPM Cloud activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead design, configuration, and support for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Project Financial Planning.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and develop scalable EPM solutions.
• Lead integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and EPBCS using Data Management/FDMEE, EPM Integration Agent, EDMCS, and OIC.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and budget cycles.
• Develop and review business rules, Calculation Manager, Groovy scripts, forms, dashboards, Smart View, and reporting solutions.
• Lead L3 production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, SIT/UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Provide solution governance, risk management, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Lead and mentor offshore teams and ensure delivery quality.
• Coordinate with Oracle and technical teams on product issues, patches, and quarterly updates.
