Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle GL/AP to join our Managed Services practice in New York. The role focuses on day-to-day Oracle Financials operations, L2/L3 support, and delivering insightful performance analytics to clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee incident resolution, and contribute to release planning while maintaining high standards of service and integrity. This position requires travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications including GL, AP, and cost modules.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and ability to support production services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professionals and leadership to manage day-to-day operations of cloud-based Oracle Financials.
• Lead a team providing L2/L3 support, including break/fix, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Deliver KPI and SLA reporting, and create operational performance analytics for stakeholders.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud maintenance, document requirements, and support release planning.
• Translate business processes into functional/technical specs and user stories.
