Civil Recruit is seeking a Lead Specialist for Oracle Support Delivery to oversee remote production support and client delivery of Oracle EBS financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, iSupplier). The position emphasizes service performance, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement in a senior contract capacity, with remote work supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Experience with Oracle EBS financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Experience with production support operations, service management, operational reporting, performance reporting, analytics, data analysis, and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary client point of contact for daily operational delivery, production support operations, service performance, and issue resolution.
• Lead delivery and support activities for Oracle EBS financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
• Coordinate end-to-end Oracle financial operations across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles while considering financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Lead operational reporting, performance reporting, and analytics for weekly and monthly stakeholder updates.
• Create and deliver client insights using KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore client delivery teams to support data analysis, validate inputs for accuracy, and respond to client inquiries.
• Log, manage, prioritize, and resolve operational issues while maintaining visibility into service performance and delivery quality.
• Continually refine Operations and Service procedures, standards, and policies to align with firm and client requirements.
• Drive strategic efficiency improvements through business process improvement and task automation across support delivery.
• Manage service quality issues related to service level achievement, performance, and delivery quality, and evaluate ideas for action.

About the role

The Lead Specialist, Oracle Support Delivery will lead remote production support operations and client delivery for Oracle EBS financial applications across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and iSupplier. This senior contract role requires a minimum of 10 years managing Oracle application support operations, expertise across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles, strong financial process and controls knowledge, and the ability to drive service performance, issue resolution, reporting, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
• Experience with Oracle EBS financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Experience with production support operations, service management, operational reporting, performance reporting, analytics, data analysis, and issue resolution.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
