Job summary

LensCrafters in Madison, WI seeks an experienced Operations Leader to partner with the Managing Doctor and drive the patient journey from check-in to follow-up with exceptional service and accuracy. You will help exceed OD NPS, grow exams and contact lens adoption, and coach store staff on best practices for patient care and seamless clinic-retail collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Exceed OD NPS, patient retention, exam and contact lens growth.
• Improve annual eye exam performance and TAB (The Appointment Book) metrics.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead via the OD labor model and optimize patient flow.
• Greet patients with a positive attitude and timely service.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Explain paperwork, tests, insurance benefits, products/services and timelines.
• Collect and maintain patient data in TAB; prepare charts.
