Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and license must be active.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care delivery and ensure highest quality optometric care.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM & team to meet KPIs.
• Deliver excellent patient service and build positive Doctor/patient relationships.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient understanding and outcomes.
• Maintain license, CE requirements, and office standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
