Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and drive patient-focused outcomes in a fast-paced eyecare environment. You will collaborate with the store team and management to deliver exceptional service and ensure adherence to medical standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, providing high-quality optometric care, and supporting pre/post-op care where applicable.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required and committed to quality patient care.
• Proficient knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Familiarity with surgical care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Understanding of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong problem solving abilities and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care and ensure highest quality optometric services.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and team to drive KPI results.
• Establish and maintain doctor-patient relationships with emphasis on patient satisfaction.
• Provide pre/post-op surgical support and medical practice if applicable.
• Communicate clearly with patients about eye exams and treatment plans.
