Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care, partner with the MOD and team, and ensure the highest standards of eye care for patients. You will support medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op care where applicable.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, strong communication, and a commitment to quality patient care, with opportunities to work within EssilorLuxottica’s global network.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store patient care with the MOD and team to deliver best results.
• Manage KPIs and drive exceptional patient service.
• Establish a trusted doctor-patient relationship and educate patients.
• Provide pre/post-op support and referral care as applicable.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand standards and care quality.
