LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical excellence and deliver the brand promise across examinations, patient care, and team collaboration.

You will support medical practice and pre/post-operative care where applicable, while maintaining licensure and pursuing ongoing education. This role emphasizes strong communication, patient-first service, and growth within a dynamic Optometry team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry license in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering the brand promise and care outcomes through collaboration with store leadership and teammates.
• Provide the highest quality Optometric care by following clinical protocols.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-operative care (where applicable).
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Train and guide team members using company programs.
• Deliver excellent patient service and optimize KPI performance.
