Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise across the store. You’ll support medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op surgical care (as applicable) while partnering with a dynamic team to drive growth.

We emphasize top patient service, strong medical competencies, and the use of advanced eye care technology to enhance outcomes for our patients and community.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.
