Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye care and leadership within the practice. You will diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions while maintaining excellent patient relationships and adhering to clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and leverage technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Maximize relationships through leadership and participation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help position the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.

Education

Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry
