Job summary

F3nomenal is seeking a detail-oriented leader to drive optical operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will blend technical eyewear expertise with team leadership to ensure accurate eyewear solutions, outstanding service, and a smooth journey from selection to delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily department operations, coaching staff, guiding frame and lens selections, verifying prescriptions, managing inventory, and supporting scheduling and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in optical services, retail eyewear, or related customer service environment.
• Prior leadership, supervision, or team coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily optical department operations for efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Guide and support team in delivering a positive patient and customer experience.
• Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure orders are entered accurately and processed timely.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized merchandising and displays.
