The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing, can lead production, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating resources and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment or related industry.
• Willing and able to work 12 hour day and night shifts including overtime, weekends, and provide shift coverage as needed.
• Capable of serving as the production leader to ensure all coating and blending are operating as intended.
• Demonstrated ability to safely perform all project tasks with quality.
• Understanding and ability to promote continuous improvements.
• Fast learner of complex production environments with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Proven ability to multi-task while staying productive, adaptive, and self-motivated.
• Can effectively coordinate and plan with available resources.
