Job summary

Sun Chemical, a member of the DIC Group, is seeking a Production Operator - C for the North Charleston, SC site. This role involves operating packaging equipment, performing routine maintenance, data entry and quality testing per SOPs, and ensuring a safe, efficient work area.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts and contribute to continuous improvement within the Operations Team. HS diploma or GED preferred, with 1–3 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or pass a pre-employment screening assessment
• 1–3 years’ experience in a production/manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Complete required paperwork and data entry
• Stage product for drying and processing
• Operate Power Industrial Trucks safely and in accordance with safety rules
