Job summary

Lilly is building a new Parenteral (PAR) site in Concord, NC, and seeks a PAR Lead Operator to run the aseptic isolator barrier filling area during startup and later to ensure continuous supply of medicines. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration to lead the PAR equipment and processes.

The Lead Operator will train staff, lead on troubleshooting, and work to drive improvements while growing into future leadership roles at the site. Requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively (electronic, written, verbal).
• Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges.
• Proficient with desktop software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, quality, and productivity leadership on the manufacturing floor.
• Lead engineering and training for PAR operations and staff.
• Operate and troubleshoot aseptic PAR equipment to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans.
• Serve as a site leader and expert with opportunities for growth.
