Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution for Supervisor I.
• 3+ years in operations manufacturing or distribution with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.
• Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop solutions.
• Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.
• Prioritize safety protocols and promote a proactive safety mindset in daily operations.
• Communicate clear expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team, tying efforts to quality standards and regulations.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for improvements with the team.
• Promote a culture of trust and accountability through honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior.
• Engage team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, taking ownership of performance.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
