Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist – B to support turnover coordination at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. The role includes leading turnover activities, preparing packages, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with DOE orders. A DOE clearance may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of relevant experience; or Associate degree with 14 years; or High School Diploma with 18 years.
• Experience with turnover processes, project closeout, and coordination in regulated environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex documentation.
• Knowledge of DOE orders and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and administer programmatic and administrative functions in support of operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to work groups and coordinate turnover activities.
• Prepare turnover packages, reviews, and handover documentation to accepting organizations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards during turnover.
