Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline and 14 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma and 18 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and administer programmatic, technical or administrative functions to support operations.
• Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a work group in operations.
• Lead capacity and direct work of employees in a non-supervisory capacity.
• Perform diverse functions in support of operations and processes.
• Receive assignments and establish goals to meet objectives.
• Interpret and communicate programmatic or process changes to operations personnel.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Prepare and review work packages and related work control processes.
• Conduct training for operations personnel on new systems and evaluate performance.
• Function in contingency coordinator roles in support of operations.
