Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist B in Aiken, SC to plan, develop, implement, and administer broad operational functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience; or
• Associate degree in a technical discipline with 14+ years of relevant experience; or
• High school diploma with 18+ years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned functional area and applicable facility requirements.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with focus on safety, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to guide teams and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and administer broad programmatic and administrative functions.
• Provide guidance, work direction, and leadership to assigned teams.
• Maintain centralized control of programs, monitor facility systems, and ensure compliant operations.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, owner representatives, and operations personnel.
• Identify trends, evaluate operational conditions, and develop corrective action recommendations.
• Review technical documentation, procedures, and compliance records; support testing and turnover activities.
