Job summary

Enbridge in Houston is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to guide the AMOC governance and process-safety program within GTM Operations. You will lead direct reports, drive performance metrics, and ensure effective turnover governance across projects and regional teams.

You will develop dashboards, manage event evaluation, and push continuous improvement in process safety, AMOC execution, and data quality. This role blends leadership with hands-on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of process safety principles and CHANGES management.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, workload prioritization, coaching and performance feedback for direct reports.
• Govern AMOC process requirements, roles, decisions, and quality expectations across GTM Operations.
• Lead execution of complex AMOCs from scoping to verification and follow-up.
• Improve AMOC tools, templates, workflows, dashboards and guidance.
• Support process safety translating into practical controls and measurable outcomes.
• Provide governance for PHAs, preparation, facilitation, and follow-through.
