Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Senior Safety Advisor to lead health and safety across its southeastern US operations. You will drive Safety Management System programs, support regulatory compliance, and empower leaders, employees, and contractors to improve safety culture with data-driven insights.

The role requires a CSP or equivalent certification, a bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field, and 7+ years of progressive safety experience in energy sectors. Travel and field work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation.
• Experience with health and safety leadership in oil and gas, energy, or petrochemical industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert health and safety guidance to regional leadership teams, supporting regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead implementation and improvement of Safety Management System programs, training, and contractor safety processes.
• Analyze leading and lagging safety indicators; conduct audits, inspections, and observations; develop improvement plans.
