Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Manager to provide clinical management of the OR department in the Colorado region. The role involves coordinating patient care, staffing, and quality outcomes, with 24-hour accountability in the director's absence.

The ideal candidate will have Colorado RN licensure, a BSN or health-related degree, and at least 5 years of RN experience with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or active multi-state licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or health-related bachelor’s degree; graduate of a certified school of nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience; three years progressive supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates comprehensive nursing knowledge and ability to lead the health team in planning and delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical management to the department, coordinating and monitoring care to yield quality patient outcomes.
• May assume 24-hour accountability in the absence of the Director, including fiscal, human resources, and operational functions.
• Assists the Director in meeting goals, targets, and regulatory compliance for assigned departments.
