Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Lead On-Site HVAC Technician in Marlborough, MA to coordinate preventive maintenance, schedule work with customers, and support onsite technicians. This role emphasizes safety, on-time completion, and high-quality service across complex HVAC systems.

Qualifications include MA Refrigeration Technician License and EPA 608 Certification, with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred. A strong driving record and safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and service calls with the customer.
• Support onsite service technicians and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Maintain required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with EPA Section 608 requirements and all applicable safety regulations.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in required safety training.
