Qualifications

• Master's in instructional design/technology or educational technology OR the equivalent.
• District has Equivalency procedures; applicants may use equivalency.
• Knowledge of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training related to high quality online teaching and learning initiatives.
• Provide training to increase distance learning success for diverse student populations.
• Coordinate faculty online certification process.
• Participate with DE staff and committees in coordinating online initiatives.
• Advise and assist Subject Matter Experts in developing and revising online course content meeting learning outcomes.
